It’s Green Chile season in New Mexico! This past August, Santa Fe Foodie, Kristen Sanders posted the most incredible image of her homemade Green Chile Chicken Pot Pie. Well, the group went nuts and kept commenting and asking for the recipe. As the moderator of the FB group, I kept getting constant notifications. My phone was blowing up! I was like…”What in the world is going on with this post?” With 190 shares and 132 comments, I figured it would be fitting to ask Kristen for her mouth-watering recipe. She obliged and here we are.
