- Abiquiu Inn – Set menu for Christmas dinner – $52 adults/$22.50 children under 12. 11 am – 4 pm. New Year’s Day open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Amaya Hotel Santa Fe – Prix Fixe menu on Christmas Day – $95. *Open regular hours throughout the holidays, including Christmas Eve and NYE.
