What is “regenerative food”?

Regenerative beef is often grass-finished, meaning the cows spend their entire lives outside eating natural grasses. The meat from regenerative beef is healthier and more nutritious than conventionally raised beef. It’s richer in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants.

cleaned, brined, seasoned, and placed inside an oven-roasting bag, takes about 2 hr to roast.
or get it already roasted and sliced by the pound, only needs a gentle reheat.
