Green chile season is here in New Mexico! Nothing excites locals more than the smell of freshly roasted chile filling the air. If you’ve been wondering where to get fresh green chile this year, we’ve got you covered.

Green chile season usually runs from late July or early August through early October, though timing can shift a bit with the weather. In some years, you can even find fresh chile roasting into mid-October—so don’t miss out!
